Recently, a new update was released for Destiny. It corrected a few of the issues that were introduced with their new expansion, The Dark Below. A lot of players complained that the gear that they earned within the new raid introduced in the expansion wasn’t stronger than previous gear they had earned. This was changed in this update, the patch notes state that “Both existing and future Raid gear obtained in Crota’s End now begins at Level 30 with an upgrade path to reach Level 32.” They also made it so that the raid helmet in the run wasn’t impossible to get. It now drops in normal mode, and more frequently in hard mode. It is important to note though that the hard raid won’t be unlocked for a few more weeks. A few other bugs were fixed, such as an issue where some weapon projectiles weren’t properly penetrating Hive shields, and a small typo. The update also allowed for the first three missions of The Dark Below to be replayed, and it rolled some changes back that were made last patch on the Pocket Infinity weapon.

The Dark Infinity expansion includes three story missions, one strike (or two, if you are on a PlayStation), one raid, three competitive multiplayer maps, and new weapons and armor.

What do you guys think about this expansion? Do you think the patch fixes issues you may have had with it?
